Mohsen Tayebi
Executive Chairman

Mohsen has developed a reputation over the last 25 years for developing and managing a significant portfolio of properties at the top end of London’s residential market.

He has completed major commercial and residential projects abroad in the USA and across Europe. Prior to setting up Stanhopegate Partners, Mohsen established Stanhope Gate Management in 2003 which was focused exclusively on providing property development services for High Net Worth clients. Collectively Mohsen has overseen a portfolio of properties valued in excess of GBP650 million.

Alongside Stanhope Gate Management, Mohsen co-founded Stanhope Gate Architecture with business partner Alireza Sagharchi, RIBA, which has grown to become an internationally renowned practice specialising in new build, master planning and refurbishment of listed and historic buildings, hotel and resort projects, both in the UK and abroad.

Mohsen now fully dedicates his time to his new venture Stanhopegate Partners and brings together a team of excellence dedicated to offering unparalleled expertise and delivering quality in product.

James Ward
Chief Financial Officer

James is an accomplished chartered accountant who founded Whale Rock (2004), a professional services group (accounting, legal & company secretarial), and sold to Capita plc (FTSE100) in 2012. James left Capita in 2015 to fulfil a portfolio role across a number of corporates.

James has significant transaction experience in both private and public markets. His strength lies in his capacity to quickly identify issues affecting an organization and propose appropriate solutions. His skill-set includes the ability to conclude corporate transactions, manage working capital shortfalls, drive and motivate finance teams, advise on complex business issues and prepare boards for strategic business decisions. James currently acts as a part time CFO, Non-Exec to Stanhopegate Partners guiding the business so it is positioned for growth.

Roxani Mcfadden
Non-Executive Director - Real Estate Finance

Roxani has over 10 years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate world with an extensive understanding of structuring and negotiating real estate development deals.

She is currently a senior member of the Finance team of a major European developer of retail space while also a Non-Exec Director at Stanhopegate Partners. Previously Roxani has held senior positions at HSBC, Barclays Capital, Emporiki Bank, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, and Raven Russia Ltd.

Roxani holds an Msc in Real Estate Investment from CASS Business School, City University.

Matthew Dunn
Non-Exec Advisor - Project Management

Matthew is now an owner and Director at Paragon BC, following a successfully merger with his previous company Bond Davidson. Paragon continues the enviable reputation that Bond Davidson had earnt over 26 years of being a highly reputable firm with a proven track record in providing tailored, high quality Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to Private Clients, Developers and Financial Institutions.

Matthew and his team have worked with Mohsen for over 20 years and together they are dedicated to applying a hands-on approach to every project. Matthew is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 26 years of experience in the construction industry with an extensive understanding of Listed, Commercial and Residential properties.

Louise Hewlett
